Verdoni brings over 25 years of investigative experience from the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office and over a decade of leadership in the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI). In his new role, he will assist state and local law enforcement agencies in using blockchain intelligence to trace illicit financial flows, build cases against crypto-enabled financial crime, and connect with the broader law enforcement community. Verdoni has extensive experience in financial fraud investigations and has been applying his skills to cryptocurrency cases since 2021. He is also a Secretary on the IAFCI Executive Board.
