Denisova will also serve as COO of Agora's proposed National Trust Bank, pending regulatory approval from the OCC. She spent six years at Robinhood, scaling its crypto operations from a small team to a multi-billion dollar business covering settlement, liquidity, trading, custody, and wallets across regulated US and EU entities. Agora, which issues the AUSD stablecoin, reported that AUSD processed over $20 billion in transfer volume in Q1 2026, up 355% year-over-year. The company aims to expand its product offerings and regulatory licenses, leveraging Denisova's experience in scaling regulated crypto operations. Agora provides stablecoin infrastructure for businesses to move dollars globally, earn yield on idle balances, and access blockchain-based programmable payments.
